Why gaming is beneficial for human health?

Gaming is one of the most growing up niche in the worldwide. Since 1958, with the creation of the first video game, gaming has his own glory and use between people. While some plays video-games from time to time to get stressed out, some others have gaming as their first habit which practice and play basically every day.
The big question remains, is gaming bad? Is it good? Does it have any serious damage to human health (physically and mentally)? And, is it really beneficial as many people pretend/says? Let's find out!

1. Gaming is funny


Well, when it comes to gaming, the real fun is a fact! No one can say the opposite. Since I was 6 years old playing the old super Mario game and Playstation 1 games, gaming was one of the best methods to get some real fun!
Even now, I still play video game alone, online and with friends to get some fun from time to time and it's still working!

2. Stressing out

Stress is an everyday deal for every human being. We get stressed wherever we are and whatever we are doing. Of course, that can vary from a person to another. But basically, it's something that everyone is passing by.
In fact, dealing with any type of stress should be one of your first matters. And that's where the gaming comes, I see many successful people out there using gaming as their first option to deal with their daily stress, problems.
It is just one of the greatest ways to give yourself some funny things to do, change the daily depressing mood and get fully stressed out!

3. Using gaming to fight some mental conditions

According to many websites/researchers, playing video-games can positively and obviously boost and give an obvious good effect on someone brain and mood.
In fact, there are even some video-games designed especially for depression. Of course to heal it, not to cause it (I know it's a bad joke).

Conclusion:

Well, video-games and gaming are similar to any other thing in this world. It can be highly and seriously beneficial, and it can cause even some serious life and long term problems for any human being.
Keep it simple, moderation is and will remain always the key to anything that can be used. If you abuse yourself with gaming, it will simply destroy you. If you use it to play from time to time and to stress yourself out, it can be really a generous way to deal with your problems and keep yourself in a good mood and mental health!
